Barbell Club

The purpose of the Code Red Barbell Club is to fully submerge and develop any athlete looking to improve their Olympic Weightlifting techniques in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Whether for Olympic Weightlifting competitions, CrossFit competitions, strength development, general fitness, or love of lifting, our coaches will systematically build you to be proficient and dominant lifters.


  • Oly shoes, full leg compression tights or long socks

Training times

  • (Group training) Fridays 5:45pm – 7:00pm
  • (Individual Training) Monday – Sunday during any Open Gym times
