If you’re new or it’s been a while since your last physical activity, we recommend you start here and build a solid foundation first. Enjoy (3) one-on-one 60 min sessions with one of our trainers and one month of unlimited group classes. After completing a few sessions, you will have developed a long lasting friendship and the confidence to begin and continue your new found addiction.
Group training can take you far, but by design, it cannot take you as far as individual training. If group class isn’t your thing, you’re looking to compete or you have specific goals in mind, this is for you. Athletes receive initial assessment, personalized programming, one-on-one coaching, monthly consultations and nutrition planning.
Anyone can do CrossFit! Beginners start with a more focused approach to technique and development by limiting many technical lifts until a proper level of understanding is achieved. Beyond that, scaled regression of any given movement is prescribed until the athlete finds his or her ability level commensurate. The workouts are completely scalable and designed to push each athlete to their own ability.
Classes run approximately 45 min in length and focus on developing cardio respiratory endurance and aerobic capacity through the use of runners, bikes, rowers, jump ropes and ski ergs or any combination in the form of sprinting and long distance intervals. Enjoy this fun, dynamic class at your own pace or with others in class.
This class will develop any athlete looking to improve their Olympic Weightlifting techniques in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Whether for Olympic Weightlifting competitions, CrossFit competitions, strength development, general fitness, or love of lifting, our coaches will systematically build you to be proficient and dominant lifters. Completely separate from group classes, athletes can gain access to our 2500 sq. ft distraction free open gym area, complete with a wide variety of specialized equipment to work their training of choice. This is a great option for experienced and self motivated athletes looking to target specific areas and weaknesses.
Kids are spending more time indoors than ever before. Because of this they are less likely to acquire the proper motor recruitment skills necessary throughout adolescence development thereby increasing the chances of injury later in sport and life. We offer a guided nutrition program for all of our athletes absolutely free. Athletes also have access to our InBody “body composition machine” to track and monitor their progress year round. We also offer consultations and monthly coaching services by certified nutrition coaches for athletes really looking to dial it in.
Included with your memberships, athletes can track their workouts, record results and view their history right from our gym kiosk or mobile device, anytime!
