Our FitKids program is a method for teaching kids the basic principles of fitness, nutrition, teamwork and character building. Our top priority is safety by developing good mechanics which translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer injuries. Not only that, exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on academic achievement, social development and self-confidence.

Each athlete will begin developing their own athletic capacity in a way their bodies can handle through general physical training. Not everyone will be at the same level, so weights and movements will be scalable and safe for each athlete. We accomplish this by carefully selecting age appropriate activities that will allow everyone to develop at their own rate.

Our program is meant to be fun for all ages, no matter what their current fitness level may be! Everyone is encouraged to work together in a fun, positive and supportive way.

Age Groups:

These kids should know no bounds! Our focus is building good movement, mechanics and teaching them to work hard and have fun the entire way!

At this age we continue to keep things progressive with all movements and encourage good form and technique above all else!

This class provides a bridge between fun and hard work by implementing more strength and conditioning to further enhance athletic capabilities.

Class Structure:

Classes run approx. 45 minutes and include; Warm-up, skill building, workout and game.

Workout clothes, sneakers and water bottle are a must!

Parents are encouraged to watch, take photos and cheer them on.

Time: Wednesdays 3:30pm – 4:15pm
