A common flaw with most competitive athlete programs, group classes and online programs is that they are a shotgun approach to fitness. While these programs are great at providing direction, they don’t address athletes individually. The purpose of the Code Red competitive athlete program is to target and address each athlete’s weakness and deficiencies and prepare them for competitive competition.
Athletes will be required to participate in regular group classes while dedicating additional training sessions to improving strength, skill and capacity! In addition to regular group classes and team training sessions, athletes will also receive individualized training plans that are progressive in design and result driven.
- Minimum 1 year CrossFit experience
- 3 month minimum commitment
