CrossFit classes are for anyone, beginner to advanced. Beginners will start with a more focused approach to technique and development by limiting many technical lifts until a proper level of understanding is achieved. Beyond that, scaled regression of any given movement is prescribed until the athlete (beginner or advanced) finds his or her ability level commensurate. The purpose of the Code Red Barbell Club is to fully submerge and develop any athlete looking to improve their Olympic Weightlifting techniques in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Kids are spending more time indoors than ever before. Because of this they are less likely to acquire the proper motor recruitment skills necessary throughout adolescence development thereby increasing the chances of injury later in sport and life. This program is designed to develop awareness through proper motor skills in various movements and to engrave the 10 physical domains of fitness: Cardio Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Agility, Balance, Coordination, and Accuracy.

Mobility is incorporated into our regular CrossFit classes to help every athlete develop optimal range of motion, reduce injury and increase athletic performance. We also incorporate ROMWOD and dedicate specific class times throughout the week to further enhance athletic performance.

Open Gym

Athletes are welcome to attend any scheduled class for open gym. You may use the lifting area for strength training and or workouts but the main workout area is reserved for scheduled classes. The main workout area is only available during open gym times with no conflicting classes. Please see our schedule for times.


We offer a fully integrated nutrition program for all of our athletes absolutely free. To make things even better, athletes have access to our in house InBody body composition machine so they can track and monitor their progress year round. We also offer individual nutrition coaching services for those athletes really looking to dial in their nutrition. Please see our pricing page for more details.
