*Because dumbbell weights are limited, please only use one dumbbell per team so there are enough for everyone.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

*200m run

*Only 1 dumbbell per team. Choose you’re weight.

* P1 runs 200m while P2 starts the AMRAP. When P1 returns from the run they will pick up where P2 left off.
