The purpose of the Code Red Barbell Club is to fully submerge and develop any athlete looking to improve their Olympic Weightlifting techniques in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Whether for Olympic Weightlifting competitions, CrossFit competitions, strength development, general fitness, or love of lifting, our coaches will provide you with all the tools and skills necessary to become proficient and dominant lifters. Our barbell club is a unique program for those willing to put in the work. Each individual will receive individualized training plans and nutritional programming based on their needs and goals.

Requirements:

  • Oly shoes, full leg compression tights or long socks

Training times:

  • Fridays 5:45pm – 7:30pm (Group training)
  • Monday – Sunday during any open gym times (Individual training)

*Barbell Club requires 3 month initial commitment then month to month thereafter
